The Octamizer® boasts Aguilar's iconic circuitry with a modern edge. Its octave divider creates a range of tones an octave below your original note. Both the Clean and Octave sounds boast independent volume controls for dialing in the exact levels. Tone controls specially engineered to maximize musicality were also included. The CLEAN TONE control utilizes a tilt EQ, letting you boost trebles and cut bass, or vice versa. This effect can create an octave doubling OR blend the sounds for a thick, snarky synth tone. Finally, the OCTAVE FILTER control offers a multi-pole low-pass filter, adjusting from smooth and deep to edgy and synth-bass-like.
