Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized by a member of our team before being processed.
To request a return authorization, please email sales@veraguitars.com with your order number and reason for return.

Used Gear Returns

  • Used gear may be returned within 72 hours of the original purchase date.

  • Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Items must be in the same condition as sold.

  • A return authorization is required before sending any item back.

New Gear Returns – Now 30 Days

  • New gear may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Any signs of wear, use, or missing materials may result in additional fees or denial of the return.

  • A return authorization is required before sending any item back.
