EVH Striped Series SHAPES Electric Guitar - White and Black

EVH Striped Series SHAPES Electric Guitar in White and Black

The EVH Striped Series SHAPES electric guitar pairs a bold White and Black painted graphic with a mahogany body, a direct-mount EVH Wolfgang bridge humbucker and a Floyd Rose locking tremolo with EVH D-Tuna. Inspired by the instrument Eddie Van Halen played on the 1981 Fair Warning Tour, this six-string brings distinctive EVH styling to a straightforward, performance-focused design.

Wolfgang Humbucker and Simple Volume Control

A single EVH Wolfgang humbucking bridge pickup delivers focused, harmonically rich output for rock rhythm and lead playing. The master volume uses a 500K EVH Bourns low-friction pot, keeping the control layout simple and easy to reach as you move between riffs and solos.

Compound-Radius Maple Fingerboard

The bolt-on quartersawn maple neck features graphite reinforcement, a scarf joint and the EVH Modified C backshape. Its 12–16-inch compound-radius maple fingerboard transitions from a rounder feel near the nut to a flatter playing surface higher up the neck, accommodating chord work, bends and high-register leads. Twenty-two jumbo frets and a heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel round out the player-focused neck design.

Floyd Rose Tremolo with EVH D-Tuna

The EVH Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo supports expressive vibrato and dive bombs, while the R3 locking nut secures the strings at the headstock. An EVH D-Tuna provides a convenient way to switch the low string between E and drop D. Chrome hardware and oversized strap buttons complete the instrument.
