The ESP LTD AS-1FR Alex Skolnick Signature electric guitar in Lime Burst combines a flamed maple top with Seymour Duncan Alex Skolnick Signature humbuckers and a Floyd Rose 1000 double-locking tremolo. This version of Skolnick's signature design adds tremolo expression to a traditional single-cutaway shape, with set-thru construction and a 24.75-inch scale.
Signature pickups with neck coil split
A Seymour Duncan Alex Skolnick Signature Humbucker set anchors the AS-1FR's passive electronics. Individual pickup volume controls, a selector toggle, and a push-pull tone control let you adjust the pickup blend and split the neck humbucker. Move from rhythm passages to lead lines, then pull the tone control when you want an alternate neck-pickup sound.
Floyd Rose tremolo and set-thru construction
The Floyd Rose 1000 double-locking tremolo and locking nut support expressive pitch changes. A mahogany body with a maple cap is paired with a three-piece maple neck, U-shaped neck contour, and Macassar ebony fingerboard. The 305mm fingerboard radius and 22 extra-jumbo frets round out the playing surface.
Lime Burst finish and included case
Lime Burst highlights the flamed maple top, complemented by black hardware, Grover tuners, and Dunlop Straplok strap buttons. An ESP EC Guitar Form Fit hardshell case is included for storage and transport.
