The Gretsch Broadkaster® Jr. LX Center Block in Midnight Sapphire is a Professional Collection instrument built for players who want the look and feel of a classic Gretsch hollowbody — with the feedback resistance and stage reliability of a center block design. At this level, every detail is intentional.

The redesigned Channel Core™ center block — a maple and spruce composite — is the engineering story here. It delivers faster attack and enhanced midrange punch compared to a standard solid maple block, giving the guitar a livelier, more resonant character while keeping feedback in check at high volumes. This is a guitar that sounds good loud, which matters. The laminated maple body adds warmth and sustain that a fully solid body can't replicate in the same way.

The Pro Twin Six™ humbucking pickups cover serious tonal ground — warm and clear in the neck position, bright and articulate at the bridge, with enough output to push an amp without losing the note definition Gretsch players expect. The string-thru Bigsby® B7GP vibrato tailpiece with Adjusto-Matic™ bridge provides expressive pitch movement and excellent sustain, and the string-thru design improves break angle for better tuning stability than a standard Bigsby setup.

The Standard "U" maple neck with ebony fingerboard — 12" radius, rolled edges, 22 medium jumbo frets — is substantial and authoritative in the hand. Luminlay® side dots glow on dark stages. Gotoh® locking tuners, a Graph Tech® TUSQ® XL nut, and Grover® strap locks round out a hardware package that leaves nothing to chance. Gold hardware throughout.
